End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Thank you for choosing Power Plus Solutions' application (the "App"). By using this App, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this End-User License Agreement (EULA). Please read the agreement carefully before using the App.

1. License Grant

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the terms of this EULA. Subject to your compliance with this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App to integrate clock-in and clock-out processes from GHL to QuickBooks.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.Share, sublicense, or transfer your license to third parties.

3. Data Usage

The App may transfer clock-in and clock-out data from GHL to QuickBooks for seamless integration. By using the App, you acknowledge that data will be processed and transferred as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by either you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Power Plus Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
